Good afternoon dear readers... I'm sure we've been all good and wondering what had happened to this blog's admin, well things have been tense if I really have to tell you. My life have been busy I haven't even had the time to update you all about it, well that's the life of a Guide if you ask me and I'm sure some of you would relate to what you've all been through.
Anyway moving right along, the past couple of months have been quiet interesting in exprience. My life have changed alot, not that I'm surprised. I'm now involved in the training side of Sondela Academy and now I'm getting the feeling of what my mentors got when I was a still a student. Being involved in training taught me alot of things I even wasn't aware of... one of the things I'll mention in my following paragraph.
I remember thinking that I've grown, thinking that I know everything that is to be known in terms of Tourist Guiding and Nature but I was wrong. As a training manager I've then realised that not only you teach the student about their curricullum but you also helping them grow mentally, and for that I've finally seen the importance of a trainer in the trainee's life. As a student you sit there and think that your facilitator is actually wasting alot of time talking some sense into your head but no, you actually need that sense to go into your head.
Overall I just want to emphasise one thing, I LOVE MY JOB AND I'D LIKE TO THANK SONDELA FOR GIVING ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE PART OF THEIR TEAM PLAYER.
Hope you all been great and God bless you, your family and the industries you in and just to let you know, you are where you are because someone noticed just how good you are.
Till we speak again on my next post, keep well.
Stone-Edge.
